We collect the following types of information to operate the Service:

• Account information — name, student/parent/teacher role, contact number, and login credentials used to access the school portal.
• Device push notification token — a unique Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token generated by your device, used solely to deliver school notifications (attendance, fees, announcements) to the correct device.
• Device identifier — a device ID used to associate your notification token with your account and prevent duplicate registrations.
• Camera access — used only if you initiate a video-calling or media-capture feature within the school portal; camera access is never active in the background.

We do not collect microphone audio or your device's location through the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to your school dashboard.
• To send push notifications relevant to your role (e.g. fee reminders, attendance alerts, school announcements).
• To maintain and improve the reliability and security of the Service.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with:

• Google Firebase, to deliver push notifications via FCM.
• School staff and administrators, strictly for academic and administrative purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and notification-token data for as long as your account remains active with the school. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us using the details below.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service is used by students under the supervision of parents, teachers, and school administrators. Student accounts and any related data are managed by the school and parents/guardians on the student's behalf, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

• You can disable push notifications at any time from your device settings.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
